- VIP wristbands will be distributed upon arrival and guest list verification
- All guests must check in at host stand with confirmation email
- VIP section includes access to Reformation Beer Tent, dedicated bartender, and servers
- Each party receives designated parking spaces as specified in package
- Meal tickets and drink tickets are distributed per guest as outlined in package
- Event runs from approximately 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with fireworks at 9:30 PM
- VIP seating is located in back parking lot with prime fireworks viewing
- Road closures may affect access after 5:00 PM - early arrival strongly recommended
