Zac is the founder and executive chef behind Smash Hit Burgers, a chef-driven concept built on bold flavor, quality ingredients, and genuine hospitality. Born and raised in South Atlanta, Georgia, Zac's culinary journey began at just 14 years old, when he stepped into a kitchen to help support his family under the guidance of a strong and resilient single mother.

By the age of 18, Zac was leading his first kitchen, a pivotal moment that sparked a lifelong dedication to the craft. He worked his way through every role in the industry, from dishwasher to Executive Chef, gaining hands-on experience and a deep respect for the people behind great food. Along the way, he helped build and grow multiple restaurant brands across Atlanta, shaping a leadership style rooted in mentorship, creativity, and growth.
